We offer FREE SHIPPING on all deliveries within the contiguous United States. Regardless of order size or amount, it ships FREE. The price of your order is simply the total charge of the items ordered.
How We Ship
Your order ships by UPS Ground and some smaller items can ship USPS Priority Mail. Smaller pads are simply rolled and larger pads can be folded in half once and then rolled. We do not fold multiple times like other stores so as to prevent stubborn fold lines.
Where We Ship
We ship to residential and commercial addresses within the United States, Canada, Alaska and Hawaii (For Canada, Alaska and Hawaii, see rates below). We DO NOT ship to Post Office Boxes.
When We Ship
We normally ship your order within 2 business days. There may be times throughout the year where we may find an excessive amount of orders and need an extra day to ship your order. We ship Monday-Friday and deliveries occur on these days, usually during normal business hours.
NOTE: By placing your order on our site, you agree to have us ship the item(s) ordered and to accept delivery of these items. Any refusal of delivery will incur UPS charges that will be deducted from your final refund. For any returns, always follow our return policy as listed below.
We offer a very liberal 30 day return, full refund policy. There are never any restocking fees, you simply pay for the return shipping charge. NOTE: Custom Cut rug pads cannot be returned.
To request a return, simply follow one of the 2 options below:
OPTION 1: If you opened an account before placing your order:
1. Log in to your account (by clicking on the link to the left, or on the top of our home page)
2. Click on "Completed Orders" and locate the order
3. To the right of the order, you will find a link to "Return Items" - Click this link
4. On the next page, follow the prompts and click to Submit your request
5. You may Sign Out of your account by clicking the "Sign Out" link at the top of our site
OPTION 2: If you did not open an account before placing your order:
Send a return request email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the subject line include "RUG PADS FOR LESS RETURN REQUEST". Also, please provide us with your order number and item(s) you would like to return and we will reply within 1 business day.
Once we receive your request, we will review it for approval and send you the return instructions.
Packaging Your Return*
1. Securely wrap your return to avoid any damage in transit.
2. Be certain to include the RA number received in your return instructions securely marked on the outside of the package.
*Failure to follow these instructions may result in the refusal of the return.
Exceptions to Return Policy
The following exceptions are reasons we may refuse your return:
1. The package does not have its RA number marked on the outside.
2. The return arrives with obvious damage due to poor packaging.
3. The item was ordered as a custom cut rug pad.
4. The item was altered in any way from its original condition.
We will issue your refund within 24 hours of receiving your return. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment (MC/VISA/DISCOVER or PayPal).
Shipping to Canada, Alaska & Hawaii
No Customs or Duties Charges for Canada Deliveries!
We ship to Canada, Alaska & Hawaii via UPS Ground and we can use expedited shipping upon request. Since our products are American-made, the NAFTA Agreement pertains to our orders - No customs or duties imposed on Canadian Deliveries. The shipping cost you see here is the final delivered price to your address.
